Healthy Butter Chicken

How many of you have started a workout plan & the next day craved delicious Indian food? I know I have! This delicious butter chicken is damn healthy and hits the spot. Made with olive oil & jaggery/stevia. This one won't mess up your diet! RECIPE Ingredients: For Marination 200 gms Boneless Chicken 4 tbsp Curd 2 tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Chickpea Flour 2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder Salt to taste For Curry 1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 cloves of garlic (Finely Chopped) 1 inch ginger (Finely Chopped) 6 Red Tomatoes (Blended to Fine Paste) 1 packet Maggi Masala 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Garam masala 2 tbsp Jaggery (Or 4-5 drops of Stevia) 1 tbsp Fresh Cream Salt to taste Directions: Put 1 tsp of oil in a pan & roast the chickpea flour until golden brown & fragrant. Put in all the ingredients for the marination & let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cook the chicken in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes....
